
I have been struggling lately with gaining weight and not feeling comfortable in my own skin, and I really don’t want to teach that to my kids. I also want to be around as long as possible and the direction I was headed in not taking care of myself was leading me down a path I don’t want to go down.
I have been dealing with chronic hives along with weight gain and let me tell you-being constantly itchy is probably one of the most annoying things ever- and I have 3 kids under 5 belting things like Frozen’s Let it Go at the top of their lungs…
I have been trying to make connections and effort to make a change and realized that my hives come back or get worse after eating wheat and seed oils. Whenever we get takeout I have such a hard time the following days. However, when I drink enough water and cut those things out the hives are almost nonexistent.
I’m sharing all this as I’m ready to make a change to support my health so I’ll be around for my kids’ and their kids. I don’t want to keep getting worse. Not only that, diabetes and GI issues run in my family so if I don’t make a change I may cause permanent damage to my body. Im ready, and I’m putting it out into the universe. It’s time for a change and I can’t wait to share everything I’m doing on my little corner of the internet through this new journey.
